How do I wear the Pillow?
- Unpack your Pillow and let the memory foam gradually regain its original shape.
- Position the pillow comfortably around your neck until you feel your head and chin are supported. Be patient and give yourself some time to find the perfect position.
- If you can't find the right position, try to put the pillow up side and and try again. For some, this works better as they can find better support using the pillow upside down.
- Now the pillow will put you asleep and keep you asleep. You'll wake up refreshed at your destination.. Easy as that!
How do I wash the Pillow?
Remove the cotton cover and then wash it with your hands! The TRAVEL+ pillow is not suitable for machine-washing.
Is the Pillow suitable for children?
The original Pillow come in one size, it is made to fit all different shapes and sizes and support your neck to enhance your sleeping experience when you are on the go! We recommend the Pillow for ages 14+ due to the size, this is based on 14 year olds average height of 5'3".

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

ORDER CANCELLATION

RETURN
We would accept returns if you notify us via email at service@kkdaz.com.
Make sure to contact us within 30 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided).
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
The following information is needed to process your request:
- Your order number(order number should begin with “kkdaz-”)
- The name and email address used to place the order
- Detailed reasons for return
- Pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason
REFUND
If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund. Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:
- If the product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional.
- If you did not receive your product within 60 business days after the date that your order has been placed.
Please Note:
- All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
- Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, If there is no product quality problem, due to the customer’s personal reasons, such as dislike/choose the wrong color/choose the wrong size…
- KKDAZ responsible for the cost of return shipping, If product defective/damage /missing item/wrong item.
- We do not charge relisting fees.
If you have not received a refund, you can take the following steps:
- Check your bank or PayPal balance again (transaction may be delayed).
- Contact your bank/credit card company (it may take some time for your refund to be officially released, as it may take up to 3-5 business days to process the balance).
You cannot ask for a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home for delivery, not picking up the packages as requested).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not cleared by your country customs, delayed by a natural disaster, showed "delivered" in the tracking system, shipped in your mailbox but was lost).
